    How is Sciatica Treated?
    Sciatica is said to heal over time. The main treatments for sciatica are medicines and stretching exercises which are usually aimed at easing the pain. Apply ice packs on the mid-lower back can work to alleviate the pain. Sciatic nerve pain relief technique like taking short walks can also stretch those muscles helping it become less constricted. But if there is severe pain, be careful not to walk long distances as it can only worsen the condition. For medications, you can use non-steroidal anti-inflammation pills.
